Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it a 55 Monk, not 135? If you mean 55, then it is 5 superior runes *no vigor* and for weapons, a -50 cesta and a +5eng +20% enchantments weapon *most people use totem axe*

Yeah, and then there's the 105 that use a staff with 20% mod and then you have 135 that use an offhand with 30hp and a main hand 20% enchant mod.
Both of these builds are ideally used for SoA, the 135 is used in degen situations I'm assuming.
As for what to use for your weapons....
Just a +5e 20% enchant sword and a byzzr's or a +30hp 20% prot holy vial.

shure
+5e = +5 energy inscription weapon
20% = 20% longer enchant
byzzr's = http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Byzzr%27s_Benediction
20% on focus = 20% chance that spells associated with that items attribute will recharge twice as fast
SoA = shield of absorption
holy vial = NF protection prayers offhand

Armor:
Any set (Armor level doesn't matter) with,
Superior Prot rune
Superior Divine Favor rune
Superior Smiting rune
Superior Healing rune
and one extra of the previously mentioned runes
and Radiant insignias.
Weapons:
any one handed weapons with the following stats,
+5 energy
20% longer enchantments
(the green weapon known as the "Totem Axe" is a perfect one)
and any offhand with the following stats and a protection magic requirment
20% Half Skill Recharge
+30hp
(A prot req Straw Effigy would be ideal, it's another cheap green)
that's pretty much your setup. post again if you have any more questions.

i would recommand low AC, since you might need spirit bond in some situations (degen etc.).

It's a common cliche' phrase in which Korean is often substituted for "Japenese" or "Spanish." Stop QQ'ing about it please. Thanks

If you aren't very familiar with gw i don't think that the 135 monk build is for you. It can be far more dangerous in some situations than the 55 monk build. With 55 monk you can still use SoA for protection as well as some regen to counter degen. If you dont even know what insignias are then you are not familiar with gw at all since nf came out a year+ ago. 135 or 105 monk is not nearly new either, been a big thing since nf came out and brought about SoA.

QFT
Either learn the game or at least the mechanics of how 55/105/135 works before even considering attempting the build. Even if you know the build, the insignia, the weapon etc, you will probably spend a whole lot of time trying to get it work if you don't understand the logic behind it.
Anyway, to be honest, I haven't heard of the 135 build. I must be hidding in some caves.

No...It's just a 105hp with a +30 offhand...I can't see too much advantage over a normal 105 (If degen is a problem with a 55, 105 should be plenty)

See this and this. You can manipulate runes and +/- HP weapons to '55' at any level. Obviously it's less effective at lower levels.
